Activity Room
The Friends of the Clarksburg Library own and maintain the library Activity Room for the benefit of our friends and neighbors in the Clarksburg community.
The activity room is for use by non-profit and private groups. Fees must be paid and key picked up in advance. Reservations are not final until contract is signed and payment made. Fines may be assessed for damage to the room incurred as a result of event.
Users must book the activity room at least two weeks in advance. Reservations can be made via email, or via telephone. The booking is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email from the Friends of the Clarksburg Library or the Activity Room Coordinator.
NOTE: A $100.00 deposit is required for all private events on weekends, and a $50.00 deposit is required for weekdays. A $200 deposit is required for any event over 30 people. This excludes all non-profit and events open to the public for the benefit of the community.
Fee Schedule:
Weekday Day-Use 9am-5pm $50.00/half-day (4hr), $100/full-day (8hr)
Weekday Evening Use 5pm-8pm $40.00 (3hr)
Weekend Day-Use 9am-5pm $75.00/half-day (4hr), $150/full-day (8hr)
Weekend Evening Use 4pm-8pm $75.00 (4hr)
Additional Time ($10/hr)
