Activity Room
The Friends of the Clarksburg Library own and maintain the library Activity Room for the benefit of our friends and neighbors in the Clarksburg community.
The activity room is for use by non-profit and private groups. Fees must be paid and key picked up in advance. Reservations are not final until contract is signed and payment made. Fines may be assessed for damage to the room incurred as a result of event.
NOTE: A $100.00 deposit is required for all private events after 4:00 pm. This excludes all non-profit and events open to the public.
Fee Schedule:
Monday through Friday Day-Use (3 hrs maximum) $40.00/day
Full-Day Use Saturday or Sundays (7 hrs maximum) $120.00-200.00/day
