The State of California has authorized public libraries to start expanding service offerings. The California State Library noted, “as libraries reopen buildings, their role as a free, welcoming public space is as important as ever. Given the current increase in COVID-19 cases, we are taking a cautious approach to making these decisions. We will share updates as they become available. In the meantime, attend one of our virtual programs on Facebook, Instagram and Zoom.
